>EARLY SIGN-IN<
• MM honors a “street-sheet.” Meaning: if a customer or family is motivated enough to arrive on-site 24hrs, 12hrs, 6hrs, 3hrs…etc. prior to our official 8:00am sale registration time & they are the first customer onsite, they can start a list of names for Early Sign-In. BUT they MUST ALSO diligently collect ALL names of anyone else who wants to sign-in prior to 8am. The person (or family) who starts the street-sheet must stay on location with the street-sheet until 8:00am when the names collected will be transferred onto our official roster in the order they were collected.
• MM will place a first entry sheet outside the home at 8:00am each morning. (1hr before the sale opens to the public)
The first 50 people to sign the Entry Sheet will be granted entry into the property on all sale days. MM will diligently allow more customers in as space allows!

1.) ONE NAME = ONE NUMBER
2.) LEGIBLY PRINT your FIRST and LAST name on the roster.
3.) Arrive back on-site no later than 8:45 on sale mornings so we can form everyone into a cohesive line. At 8:55am MM provides shoppers with important information & instructions before letting the first batch in, promptly at: 9:00am.

The Check-Out & Hold Table Areas will be located in the two garages. (Detached and Attached)
MM workers are stationed throughout the home & at the check-out counter for assistance.
> BIDDING <
MM accepts bids on all items. If you want to leave an offer for an item, fill out our form at check-out and place your max bid. MM will assess bids at the end of each day. Bidding is only available on items priced at $100.00 or over. Some restrictions apply.
> REMOVAL OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS <
• Customers are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
• All large purchases MUST be picked up during sale hours unless other arrangements are made between buyer and MM.
Always use extreme caution not to scuff walls, damage floors or break merchandise.

• Price tags in pictures may not reflect asking price when the sale opens to the public. MM reserved the right to adjust prices on items as more research is performed. Prices are finalized at 9:00am sale morning.
