There is parking available in the lot and the street in front of the Parking lot. Please do not park under the covered areas in the lot. Only the open spaces in the middle of the lot are available for visitors. A Neighbor will be passing out numbers the morning of the sale. Dates

-Cash and credit/debit card accepted (with fee)
- Enter and exit through designated areas only
- We will NOT be passing out street numbers. We will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
-No early access or presale of items in the sale.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange of purchased items. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.

A neighbor has volunteered to pass out street numbers on the morning of the sale. We may need to limit the amount of people entering the sale if it is too busy.
