All sold items must be removed by the end of sale unless other arrangements are made. No early sales and no early prices. No bags or large purses allowed. All sales are final and are "as is/where is". Please ask for assistance with fragile items. Bring help to load heavy items. Not responsible for accidents. Payment is cash or check with two pieces of I.D.. Children must be attached to the hand of an adult or will be asked to leave. No returns and all sales are final. Please respect social distancing . No Changing tags or price tape. Sign up sheet will go out 1/2 hour before the sale starts. Only my sign up sheet will be honored and those starting another sheet will be asked to leave and denied entry to sale. My sales are a good experience and will remain that way and customers will be asked to leave if they are argumentative/disagreeable. NO SHOES, house under contract.
