NO EARLY SALES

Address will be available on our website at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 13th.

Our sign-up sheet will be posted on the front door of the house at 9:00 on Friday, September 13th.

Please sign up in numerical order after 9:00 a.m. on the day prior to the sale (Friday, September 13th).  Snap a photo of the sheet with your name and number, text the photo to 734-340-8110 for verification.  You may only sign up yourself, no multiple numbers or people per line.  You must return to pick up our entry numbers at 9:45 a.m. on the sale day.

 

All Unsold Items Discounted 50% at Noon Saturday (NO HOARDING)

Any disputes or multiple buyers for one item will be settled by an impromptu auction and the high bidder will be the final buyer.

 

Sale closes at 3:00 Saturday

Limited Parking on the property, Follow Signs on the Sale Day.
