On-Line registration for Day 1 opens at 3pm April 9. You must be present Day 1 at 9:45am to check-in and receive your number. If you are not present at 9:45am you will be skipped and required to take a new number, no exceptions. You may register for up to two people (you and a guest). * We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* Offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale. Any additional questions can be emailed to hookedestatesales@gmail.com.
* No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Hooked Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents.

PARKING ON STREET PERMITTED EXCEPT WHERE NO PARKING SIGNS EXIST. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, FIRE HYDRANTS OR MAILBOXES, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY.
