- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with moving large items if time allows. Please plan ahead and bring help for larger items if you need to remove large items during the morning hours.
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early.
FIRST DAY OPENING/ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. ***Customers Arriving Early on day one: Please do not start your own lists. Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers when we arrive on site (by 7:30am) on Thursday morning.
- These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- These entry numbers are only used for the initial line-up and entry, when the sale opens on DAY ONE.
- We will then open the sale at 9am on Thursday.
- We will NOT be requiring masks for entry to our sales. However, please feel free to wear one if you would like!

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2024! We're so excited to be diving back into new estates, and we're starting the new year off with quite a spectacular sale! Located just outside Schoolcraft, this country estate is surrounded by peaceful fields, and is steeped in 150+ years of history. The wonderful people that lived here, who were beloved customers of ours, trace their lineage to early local residents, and the home is filled with pieces that will welcome you back in time. You'll have the chance to enjoy treasures that were once used in days gone by, with most of the items dating from around 1870 to 1940. The estate consists of a large spacious ranch home with a full basement, as well as a two-stall garage and two-story barn...And every square foot is full! So take some time to go through the gallery to get a sense of what's to be found. There will certainly be something for everyone!
