Whole House Estate Sale

*NO EARLY SALES – this is a two day sale. Friday 9 to 4, and Saturday 9 to 4
We will have a sign up sheet available when we arrive which will be around 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
Prices reduced on day two.
*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
*If you buy it YOU load it into your vehicle. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle. Thanks!
We will not be giving out any prices before the sale. Customers get first choices, Family Heirloom employees never pre-buy before a sale.
Cash and Mastercard/Visa accepted.
*Any announcements made the day of the sale have precedence over any prior written ads.
*Because we use our phones to take credit cards during sale hours we will not be answering
our phones. First come, first serve, no holds. If you want to return to pick up an item it must be paid for first.
