6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.
7) We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. We do our best to update photos.
8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.
9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $10 will be added to your purchase price.

We are generously donating some pet products too, so if you work with animals, at a shelter, please come out. First come first served
You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:
1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.
2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.
3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.
4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.
5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.
6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.
7) DO NOT park in the court. Follow what the parking attendant tells you what to do.
At this time, unless your familiar with the subdivision, use 11 Mile, and take the second street on the right. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT MATTERS, DO NOT PARK IN THE COURT. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.
Whew, glad we got that out of the way. We do have to follow the rules at this one but trust us, we still gonna have some fun!! Lots and lots and lots and lots of fun. You ready? Away we go.....................
Sometimes in life, you know life happens. That is where this amazing sale fits in. This outstanding 2 bedroom , 2 full bathroom, clean as can be condo (yes the condo is also for sale), comes into play. You meet and greet a Mother and Daughter duo, at another Estate Sale, and presto, you have a connection..
The items in this home are neat and clean, wonderful, fun an very high end. The home is smoke free too. The best part, easy to remove all items, as this condo has a lower walkout level, for removal of those items purchased as well.
We have a very nice selection of Men's clothing, including an outstanding selection of golf shirts, golf pants, and golfing accessories too. And the plus side is, we also have men's suit coats, pants and shirts for when you have to "dress-up", and the majority of those items have never been worn. Everything is clean, and neat, and about as perfect as you can get. And besides, Great Lakes Estate Sales, has the best prices around, yes we do!
The items that we have at this sale, are neat and clean, and one of a kind. Yes we have some very nice kitchen items, yes we have some outstanding furniture, but most of all what we have is fun.
We mentioned golf, and if you love golf, then we will see you this weekend, because we have lots of golf items, golf things, and golf stuff, to make a line out the door happen, including clubs, and some funny signs too.
Yes we have personal products, cleaning products, and everyday household items for sale too. Pantry is also full, so shop, shop and shop.
So, while we do not have a lot of items, what we do have is a lot of great items. So focus on what we have, and the quality that we have, and you will certainly be impressed. And yes, we are remarkably humbled, and truly honored that this estate put their trust in us, because that trust means the world to us.
Oh, and just so you know, this is our first Estate Sale in South Lyon, and we are gonna knock it out of the park!!!! So join us for some remarkable deals, and lots and lots of fun!!
