You must be physically able to do stairs and walk inclines and descents. All item sold "As Is, Where Is". No photography or video calls. No Refund or Returns. No Early Sales, please. Statements the day of the sale will supersede anything previous. Numbers for entry will be handed out starting at 7:30am. Each person will be required to have a number for entry.

Wonderful sale with lots of beautiful items. We have 2 Yamaha Jet Skis on a trailer (one starts right up, the other may need work), John Deere Riding Mower, 2 Push Mowers, Multiple inflatables for fun on the water, 7000 watt generator, tools and all things garage, holiday decorations and everything that make a house a home. We have tested the electronic items and they work. Everything is in really good condition. Access to main floor and basement is thru the garage. Stairs from main floor and basement have been sealed off. You must be able to walk inclines, descents and stairs. Beautiful furniture and lots to look at! Hope to see many of you there!
