Welcome to our estate sale! By attending this sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable shopping experience for all participants.

1. General Terms
All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyers assume full responsibility for inspecting items before purchase.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Payment
Accepted payment methods include [cash, mobile payments, etc.]. Personal checks may not be accepted unless pre-approved.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes will be collected at the time of checkout unless proof of tax exemption is provided.
3. Pricing
Prices are non-negotiable during the first day of the sale unless otherwise stated.
Discounting (if applicable) will begin on the specified day and time as advertised.
4. Pickup and Removal
All purchased items must be removed by the buyer no later than the end of the sale or within the specified timeframe provided by the organizer.
Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of their purchases. Staff members are not available to assist with heavy or bulky items.
5. Liability
Attendees enter the property at their own risk. The seller, estate owner, and organizer are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.
Buyers are responsible for any damage caused to the property during the removal of purchased items.
6. Conduct
No early entry will be permitted. Doors will open at the advertised start time.
Attendees must be respectful to other shoppers, staff, and the property owner.
Theft or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Personal Belongings
Please keep personal items secure. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over an item (e.g., pricing or availability), the decision of the organizer is final.
9. Photography
Photography and videography of the premises or items for sale are not permitted without prior approval.
10. Changes to Terms
The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted at the sale and/or communicated verbally to attendees.
