SYLVAN LAKE WEST BLOOMFIELD SALE WITH COBALT BOW RIDER BOAT AND BRUNSWICK POOL TABLE

Estate sale in Sylvan Lake home of a good friend who recently passed. 

Sale includes 2014 Cobalt 24 SD Sport Deck bow rider power boat (+$100,000 new in 2014) that is in near mint condition with only 283 hours on the Volvo V8 300 hp inboard engine.  It includes the Cobalt tandem axle trailer and just had the hull repainted and finished this winter (cost of $11,000). It has an upgraded stereo system and a bathroom that has never been used.

There is an incredible hand carved bar with heavy barstools ($1500-PAID $3000). This is a very heavy item and was just purchased from the artist in the last couple of years.

Sale also includes a top of the line Brunswick Bradford II Traditional Cherry 3 piece Brazilian slate pool table ($2200) that had new bumpers and new felt put on in recent years, and has not been used much at all since that reconditioning. Includes cover, sticks with stand and accessories.

Inside  the house you will find 2 sets of theater seats with electric recline and power charging stations, etc ($600 per 3 seat section). a slot machine with stand, nice queen beds, dining table and chairs and a garage/shed full of stuff.  

Also a large selection of mens large and extra large clothing with 50 hoodies, kitchen items, and some costume jewelry. More items will be listed this week.
