Moxie’s Outstanding Old Mission Estate Sale

Welcome to one of our favorite homes we have enjoyed staging for this beautiful downsizing estate sale! This historic home nestled in the vineyards and wineries on Old Mission is just a short trip up from the base off Center Rd.

We found evidence of equestrian habitation here- the boulders in and surrounding this home were brought from the bay by horse and buggy. In later years, the equine enjoyed finer times by well dressed riders who likely found relaxation with them after hours renovating this stunning structure. Since achieving their dream of restoring history and retiring to a warmer climate, they left behind a huge pole barn full of hand and power tools.

This house has views of both east and west bay (yes, it’s THAT elevated!), perfect for gazing out on what we think was a beautifully big sailboat. Did you know West Marine in Traverse City closed? We’ll come on up and get your sailing gear here now! Oh, need a paddle board or two? get here. Have a big rumpus room or decked out garage- you need a Stiga ping pong table AND an all-in-one home gym.

Looking forward to holiday guests and don’t want to spent hundreds on blow up mattresses last minute? We got you.

Need a goat cart? Yes, we have a goat cart and so much more!

Looking for something different, less expensive, more interesting and unique to do in a beautiful setting during peak fall color season in northern Michigan, GET HERE- look through the hundreds of SAMPLE photos- we always reserve some surprises because it’s not a sale, it’s an event. See you soon!
