Please park on the side of the street, and avoid parking on the grass and in front of the mailboxes.
No items will be held without a deposit, and deposits are non-refundable if you do not return to pick up item(s) by Saturday at 4pm.
Friday (first day sales) will have firm pricing, Saturday everything is 25% off, and Sunday will only be held open if necessary and everything will be 50% off.
All sales are final: no returns or exchanges once a purchase is made. Items are presented in as-found condition, with descriptions offered to the best of our knowledge. Buyers shall be responsible for making their own assessments regarding condition, authenticity, and relevance, as all sales are final and without warranty.
We may limit the number of customers inside the home at one time, thank you for your understanding.
No smoking or pets allowed on premises. Shoes must be removed or shoe booties will be provided and must be worn while shopping.
It is suggested that you have help to load larger items, but will have 1-2 people on hand to help load smaller items if need be.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
A zero-tolerance policy will be in place for disrespectful shoppers and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not following this policy. Not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on premises. Thank you for your cooperation!
