No refunds after the items are sold and you are responsible for the safe removal of all items by the end of the sale (Sunday). Items must be fully paid for prior to removing them from the site of the sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injury on the property and you enter the property at your own risk and it is first come first served. Please enter through the garage or front door (handicap ramp in place in garage for easier removal of large items). No early entry! Cashier located by front door.
