Massive Three-Generation Estate Sale – Vintage, Treasures & Tools!

• We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
• Offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of the Estate Representative.
• No bags or purses allowed – wallets only.
• If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the cost of the item. Please ask for assistance.
• You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless arrangements are made with Estate Representative.
• Any items to be picked up later must be paid for before you leave and contact information must be exchanged.
• We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
• No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
• You are entering the sale at your own risk – the homeowner and Estate Representative are not responsible for accidents.

FIRST DAY OPENING:
There will be a sign-up sheet available in the morning of the first day of the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. Sale will start at the published start time. Do not start your own sign-up sheet.
