This sale is going to be South of Walnut Lake Road, and if using Greenbrier Drive is going to get you there. East of Drake, which provides no direct access, just a reference point that we are East of Drake. We are North of Maple as well, which you will be using Royal Pointe Drive. Either direction that you are using, just follow the signs, and have some fun looking at the multiple custom homes.

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

So every now and then, along comes a most remarkable Estate Sale.  When you instantly connect with the Estate, you know your on to a good sale.

This Estate is clean and neat, smoke and pet free, and going to be a whole lot of fun!!!  Now, this is not going to be one of those packed sales from floor to ceiling, inside and outside, basement to garage, but please note that this one is going to be fantastic.

Basement, done and cleaned out, so nothing to see down there.  Unless, you are looking at the house then let us know, because the house is also going to be listed for sale, so please do inquire within.  

The garage is going to have some amazing items as well, so with that being said...

The moment that you step into this sale, you will be amazed.  We have items from all over the world.  Yes, the Estate did travel and spared no expense when picking out items when furnishing the home.  Yes we have some modern day items, Western and Eastern European items, and some Egyptian items as well.

We are going to have a few fur coats, one maybe is faux the other, we will figure out as we go along.  Also, we do have some wonderful women's clothing as well, some vintage, (focus on vintage, because a lot of them are).

Of course we are going to be offering kitchen items, pantry and food items, along with supplies for educators as well.

This one is going to be the second weekend of May, and we will have pictures posted well before hand as well.  So pay attention to the pictures, as they are going to tell 100% of this Estate Sales story.  So note the dates, and get this one on your calendar, it will not at all disappoint!!

Alright as of today 04/28/2025 we are in full set up and almost done mode with this outstanding sale.  This sale is going to make a great impact, and the quality and quantity of the items that we have for sale is impressive.  Please do look at the pictures, as they tell the whole story on this one.

As we get closer to the dates of these sales, we are getting more and more excited about this one.  Three days only, and we are looking forward to being very busy too.
