This JUST escalated to a very urgent situation because the family is moving Dad to Florida with them by beginning of September. House needs to be emptied ASAP!!! We’re not going to spend a bunch of time setting up like we usually do. EVERYTHING will be priced to sell EVEN IF IT’s not tagged, you’ll bring it up and we’ll be able to give you the “quick sale” price!! It’s going to be “PICKER” Style.
