You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Remember back at the start of 2025, when we said that we are going to have a lot of this year, and make certain that the sales we bring you are going to be unique, one of a kind, with outstanding items, and that are clean and neat, and just plain fun.

Well, we did not know at that time that this sale was going to happen, and well here we are!  This sale is very unique with one of a kind outstanding items, all put together in a neat little package.  Just remember, good things do come in small packages.

This tidy, clean sale, is just packed full of some amazing items, and collectibles, such as brewery memorabilia, collectible items from all over, and some outstanding furniture pieces as well.  Of course we are going to be bringing you some of the classic items, from he kitchen and laundry area, and of course tools and such from the garage and basement.

But we do want to let you know, that this one is going to be outstanding.  Small in size, but huge in quality and quantity.

Today is 02/12/2025, and we will be setting this one up soon, so stay tuned for more fantastic pictures, and more lively commentary as well. 

Alright, we are going strong, and we are making much headway on this sale, which is PACKED!  Couple of items that we need to get taken care of first, which the Estate is pleased to do.

We have an abundance of towels and sheets and blankets, and other linen items that are going to be perfect for donation, on day one.  So, Animal Rescues, Pet Rescues, Dog and Cat Shelters, along with other organizations that collection towels, blankets, and other linen items, we are donating on day one.  We have these special items set aside, which so you know are clean, and odor free, and from a smoke free home, clean and no stains.  When they are gone, the blessings have been paid forward.

And one more item too that is FREE, we have a LESTER Philadelphia Upright Piano complete with bench, and all the music sheets you could ever imagine.  We are so very happy that this Estate Sale is happening.

So this sale is packed, floor to ceiling.  Corelle, Tupperware, Rubbermaid, and other wonderful kitchen items as well.  We have a very nice Mid Century Modern glass front hutch, and a small end table as well.  The home is packed with treasures in every corner, every closet and every room.

Mirrors and framed artwork as well.  We have plenty of empty frames too.  Lots of holiday decorating items as well.  A large portion of this sale is going to be a treasure hunt too.  We have a limited amount of floor space, and lots and lots of items to display.  So bring snacks, and a beverage, and have some fun.

We are counting down the days until we open the doors on this sale.  Everything from Mid Century Modern, to Occupied Japan items, to "Remember When".  Floor space is limited, so please be mindful, and have a great time while here.
