1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

2. No Early Entry
No early birds—doors open at the advertised time. *Please note some items photographed may not make the final cut as the homeowner sometimes changes their mind or offers items to family outside of our control, please call ahead if you are looking for something specifically pictured.

3. Cash & Card Payments
We accept cash, venmo, and major credit/debit cards. A processing fee does apply to card payments. No personal checks accepted.

4. Buyer Responsibility
Once you purchase an item, it is your responsibility. We do not provide moving or loading assistance—please bring help for heavy or bulky items.

5. No Holds or Reserves
We do not hold items without full payment. First come, first served.

6. No Large Bags, Backpacks, or Strollers Inside
To ensure a smooth shopping experience and prevent accidents, large bags, backpacks, and strollers are not permitted inside the home.

7. Liability Waiver
By entering the estate sale, you assume all risks related to property conditions. The homeowner and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

8. Be Respectful
This sale is inside a private home please respect the property, neighbors, and fellow shoppers. Public restrooms are available.

9. Parking
Please park legally. Follow all posted signs and directions.

10. Security Measures
Surveillance cameras will be in use. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
