Estate-Moving-Relocating Sale

PAYMENT:

• VENMO PREFERRED: Venmo is our preferred method of payment. A QR code will be provided at checkout.
• CASH ACCEPTED: Cash is accepted. Please bring exact change whenever possible, as limited change will be available.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be given. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition, dimensions, functionality, and suitability of an item before completing the purchase.

NO HOLDS:

• Items will not be held without payment.
• Paid items must be removed according to the agreed-upon pickup arrangements.

LOADING & REMOVAL:

• BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVING ALL PURCHASES. Please bring your own help, tools, equipment, vehicle, straps, blankets, and other supplies necessary to safely move and transport large or heavy items. Sale staff cannot guarantee assistance with lifting, moving, disassembly, or loading.
• Buyers are responsible for removing purchases without damaging the home or property.
• No item may leave the property until it has been paid for in full.

FURNITURE PICKUP:

• Furniture and other large items may be scheduled for pickup. ALL FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN AUGUST 21.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and sufficient help for pickup.
• Items not removed by the agreed-upon deadline may be considered abandoned, with no refund provided.

PRIVATE PROPERTY & SHOPPING:

• PLEASE RESPECT THE HOME: This is a private residence. Please treat the home, property, furnishings, fixtures, landscaping, and belongings with care and respect.
• Buyers and their guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the home, property, walls, floors, doors, fixtures, landscaping, or other property.
• Buyers and guests may enter only areas designated as part of the estate sale.
• DO NOT ENTER rooms, closets, storage areas, outbuildings, or other spaces marked NOT FOR SALE / DO NOT ENTER.
• Please do not open cabinets, drawers, closets, boxes, containers, or other areas unless they are clearly designated as part of the sale.
• Items marked NOT FOR SALE are not available for purchase and should not be moved or handled.
• Please do not sit, climb, stand, or place objects on furniture unless permitted.
• Children must remain with and be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY:

• The seller and estate sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring on or around the property.

SECURITY & CONDUCT:

• Merchandise may not be concealed, relocated, removed, or taken without payment.
• Suspected theft or unauthorized removal of merchandise may be reported to law enforcement.
• The seller reserves the right to refuse a sale and/or ask any person to leave the property.
• Abusive, threatening, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

BY PURCHASING:

By purchasing an item, the buyer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to inspect the item, accepts its condition, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
