Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc.
A Sign Up sheet will be out by 8:00am. (leave your email for addresses early)
At 9:30am, the on site manager will allow people into the sale in order of their sign up.
No signing up for others.

Grasons of Dakota County is proud to present a specialized estate event in Faribault. This sale is located entirely within a meticulously maintained professional workshop. From industrial-grade machinery to a curated collection of vintage Americana, this is a "must-attend" for builders, makers, and collectors.

The Industrial Shop:

Dust Collection: Oneida Air Systems Large Commercial Dust Collection System (High-performance cyclone).
Stationary Tools: Powermatic Industrial Table Saw, Powermatic Lathe, and Delta Professional Planer/Jointer.
Bench & Power Tools: A massive array of DeWalt, Delta, and Porter-Cable tools including miter saws, sanders, and specialized woodworking hand tools.
Lumber & Raw Materials: Hundreds of board-feet of dried, indoor-stored Hardwoods (including Walnut, Oak, and Cherry). Plus a significant supply of seasoned firewood.

Antiques & Collectibles:

Vintage Toys: A great selection of antique metal trucks (Tonka, Wyandotte), vintage John Deere collectibles, and primitive toys.
Furniture: High-quality vintage furniture pieces and unique shop-built custom items.
Primitives: Antique crates, stoneware, and "picked" objects with incredible character.

Logistics & Parking:

Location: Held in the Workshop only. The residence is not part of the sale.
Parking: NO PARKING in the driveway. Please use street parking and keep neighbor access clear.
Load-out: This machinery is heavy. Please bring a trailer and adequate help. Grasons can assist with scheduling, but the buyer is responsible for the removal of large stationary tools.
