Auction Close Details: It is a staggered closing beginning at 8:00pm on Thursday, September 11th
Inspection Available: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Wednesday, September 10th between 9-10am
Auction Pick Up Date: By appointment on Saturday, September 13th between 9am-3pm
Auction Pick Up Location: Will be disclosed prior to auction closing. Please call 651-300-4201 with any questions.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you are able to make pick up or have your item shipped. Once pick up is complete we will not have access to the property. No late pick ups will be allowed. Any questions - please reach out!
Lot Offerings: All items sold as is/where is. Lot item descriptions and photographs offer available information for each item. We do not authenticate any item. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect any/all items to verify item condition and validation.
Bidding: Online bidding only - no advance selling. Auction closing is staggered at 5 lots per minute with a 3-minute extension on competitive bidding. That means if you plan to wait until the last minute to place your bid - another bidder can do the same extending the active bidding out 3 minutes per bid. You must REFRESH the page to see active bidding.
Pick Up: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. We are not responsible for items left behind. Plan and prepare in advance. All items must be removed from the premises during the designated time frame. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day.
LARGE ITEMS: Lagom North Team is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for removal.
Shipping: Shipping is available for some items in this auction. Please review each item carefully to see if shipping is available & visit the shipping details tab for a listing of additional fees. Please request shipping prior to the pick up time. We can not guarantee shipping if request is received after that. Please fill out the Google Form to request shipping. Processing time to receive a shipping invoice is 6-8 business days from the date of the auction removal date. **PLEASE NOTE** Shipping of art may require additional packaging that will be at the buyers expense in addition to the fees listed in our shipping terms.
No Show: At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs on K-BID. NO SHOW buyers run the risk of having their account disabled by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. All remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. Paid but No Show buyers - No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.

• Bring necessary tools and packing material - there are none on site.
Minnesota Sales Tax will be added to all sales.
