1. Payment-We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App and Credit Cards (additional fee). NO CHECKS unless we have done business with you prior and have been authorized.
2. Parking- No parking in driveway or lawn.
3. Entry- One hour prior to sale start, we will hand out numbers if large line. We will allow the first 20 guests into the house, as guests leave we will allow more to enter.
4. Sales- All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Please inspect items closely. We do not guarantee electronics or other plug in devices are in working order before purchase. There will be a table to hold heavy or bulky items, if you decide that you do not want the item, please see employee to return item to where it belongs. We are not responsible for misplaced items on the hold table. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
5. Removal- Please bring your own bags and boxes for purchases. You are responsible to bring your own help and transportation to carry out and load vehicle. Large or bulky items must be removed one hour prior to closing time each day unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Will have some tools available for items that need to be disassembled or removed from walls although it is ultimately up to the buyer to have the required tools.
6. Security/Theft- All sales are subject to live and/or recorded video surveillance. Shoplifting will not be tolerated, anyone caught stealing will be immediately reported to the police and will be banned from Emerald Cities Estate Sales.
7. Responsibility- Emerald Cities Estate Sales and our client's are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while visiting one of our sales. By entering the sale you agree that you accept these terms and conditions
