Auctioneer's Notes
Elk River Auction
There's still time to check out our other running auction at a home in Elk River that closes on April1. There are still many household and shop items that have low bids, including power recliners and a lift chair.
Fake Names
Correct legal names or business names are required when registering to bid. If you have registered with any other name, please go into your account setting and make the necessary changes. Failing to do that may cause your bidding privileges to be permanently revoked.
Harmonicas
This auction has more vintage harmonicas from the estate of a serious collector who spent decades collecting them. Most are vintage or antique. Many of them have no recorded sales in the last 20 years and many have only a few. We’ll do our best to describe the harmonicas, but we are not harmonica experts, so we encourage you to inspect the harmonicas in person before bidding. Sound and tone quality are not guaranteed. It will take a while for us to research them all, so keep checking back for more in our upcoming auctions.
We recommend that serious harmonica bidders refer to a free resource book online called John Whitman's Harmonica Anthology 11th Ed. April 25, 2019. It's easy to download and easy to use to look up thousands of harmonicas by manufacturer or model. Where available we will provide the page number from this book that we think contains helpful information about the specific lot we are selling. We do not guarantee that the page will show an exact match. We encourage bidders to inspect the lot before bidding.
