Harmonicas
We are very excited at AAA Auction to be able to offer for sale an extensive harmonica collection. Most are vintage or antique. Many of them have no recorded sales in the last 20 years and many have only a few. These all came from the estate of a serious collector who spent decades collecting them. We have done our best to describe the harmonicas, but we are not harmonica experts, so we encourage you to inspect the harmonicas in person before bidding. Sound and tone quality are not guaranteed. It will take a while for us to research them all, so keep checking back for more in our upcoming auctions.
We also recommend that serious harmonica bidders refer to a free resource book online called John Whitman's Harmonica Anthology 11th Ed. April 25, 2019. It's easy to download and easy to use to look up thousands of harmonicas by manufacturer or model. In fact, where available we have provided a page number from this book that we think contains helpful information about the specific lot we are selling. We do not guarantee that the page will show an exact match. We also encourage bidders to inspect the lot before bidding.
