We accept cash or cards (no fees) ONLY! NO CHECKS (unless we have done business with you before!) NO EXCEPTIONS! All sales are final. Absolutely no returns or refunds! We ask that you provide your own help to carry larger or heavier items and have the appropriate vehicle to transport it. Main Street Estate Sales and our clients are not responsible for any accidents that may occur while visiting one of our sales. By entering the sale you agree that you accept these terms and conditions.
We WILL NOT sell items prior to the sale.
We WILL NOT give out pricing prior to the sale.
We WILL NOT hold items.
We WILL honor pre-numbers (official numbers given out 30mins prior to the sale)
We WILL allow the first 25 people inside the house, and as guests leave, more will be allowed in.

This great sale is loaded with great items both inside the house and in the two garages! There are some special things you should know about this sale!

SATURDAY - Discount Day & BAG SALE starting at 1pm until closing

WE ARE HAVING AN EASTER EGG HUNT IN THE HUGE BACKYARD FOR THE KIDS! SATURDAY ONLY STARTING AT 9AM WHILE SUPPLIES LAST (Don't worry, I have more candy than Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory)
- There will be plastic eggs hidden all over the backyard filled with candy, coins, $2 bills, and special tags for BONUS prizes like LARGE candy items, Toys, Street Chalk, Fidget Spinners, Bubbles and MORE! So bring the kids, stay for the sale, enjoy the Easter fun, and the BONUS is you can skip on over to Dayton (5 mins away) for THEIR EASTER EGG HUNT too (Which also happens on Saturday the 19th)
