Entry into our store is always at your own risk. Our store is not safe for unaccompanied children; young children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file).
Items may not be removed from the store until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day unless other arrangements are made with management.
Any items not picked up by the end of the day will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our store, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxtail Estate Services for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use.
Photos and/or videos taken inside the store or on store property may be used for promotional purposes.

The Fox Den finally opens this weekend! We will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm in St. Louis Park. We will honor pre numbers as long as you are in line, in order at the door at 9am when we open.

We’re a one-of-a-kind shop—somewhere between a thrift store and an antique store. While we’re not a high-end antique shop, we do carry unique, collectible, and quality pieces that you won’t see everywhere else, without the stuffy antique store vibe. We’re also not a traditional thrift store, though you will find plenty of useful everyday items. Everything is clean and thoughtfully curated to create a fun shopping experience where you never know what you’ll discover!
