Fox Den Finds (Worth the Hunt!)

By shopping at our store, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and efficient environment for all shoppers.
The property owner and Foxtail Estate Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to climb furniture. Children that pose a risk to themselves, others, or store property will be asked to leave with their guardians.
Disruptive behavior, theft, or tampering with price tags will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided, either express or implied. Foxtail DOES NOT test items in advance. You are welcome to test items in a safe, respectful manner if it is possible before you purchase them.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect your items thoroughly and test them if possible prior to purchasing them!
Prices are non-negotiable.
We accept cash or card for payment.
Sales tax will be collected as required by Minnesota law unless you provide a valid resale certificate (you must provide a copy of your ST3/Certificate of Exemption for us to keep on file for each calendar year). Clothing is not taxed in the state of Minnesota.
No early sales or holds.
Items may not be removed from the shop until they are paid in full.
Once an item is marked “sold” or paid for, the buyer is responsible for its removal.
Staff are not available to assist with heavy lifting or loading. Please bring your own help and packing materials.
All purchased furniture or large items must be removed one hour prior to the end of day on Sunday.
Any items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited without refund.
Large items may be scheduled for pick-up later the same day or possibly the following day, if arrangements are made in advance.
By entering the property and/or purchasing items at our store, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and Foxtail Estate Services for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
Security cameras may be in use at the shop.
Photos and/or videos taken by The Fox Den staff on The Fox Den premises may be used for promotional purposes.
