Auction Close Details: It is a staggered closing beginning at 7:15pm on Wednesday, March 12th
Inspection Available: Tuesday, March 11th BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Auction Pick Up Date: Friday, March 14th between 1pm - 4:30pm by appointment only.
You must reserve a pickup time after the auction closes.
• Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal.
• Bring necessary tools and packing material - there are none on site.
Auction Pick Up Location: To be disclosed prior to closing
IMPORTANT: Pick up is available only on the date noted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Lot Offerings: All items sold as is/where is. Lot item descriptions and photographs offer available information for each item. We do not authenticate any item. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect any/all items to verify item condition and validation.
Bidding: Online bidding only - no advance selling. Auction closing is staggered at 2 lots per minute with a 3-minute extension on competitive bidding. That means if you plan to wait until the last minute to place your bid - another bidder can do the same extending the active bidding out 3 minutes per bid. You must REFRESH the page to see active bidding.
Pick Up: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. We are not responsible for items left behind. Plan and prepare in advance. All items must be removed from the premises during the designated time frame. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day.
Shipping: Shipping is available for some items in this auction. Please review each item carefully to see if shipping is available & visit the shipping details tab for a listing of additional fees.
No Show: At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
