Preview: 9:45am check-in and registration will begin. No one will be allowed into auction area prior to 8:45 am. This is a secure yard and a liability waiver will need to be signed at registration by everyone who attends. 

Bidding/buying: To receive a bidder number you will need to have valid drivers license and contact information. Cash only. 7.125% sales tax applies. Bidding on everything inside unit- bidder is responsible for cleaning out completely.Removal: DART and A New Day Auctions assume no liability after you have won a unit. Bring your own lock. Winning bidders must completely empty the unit of all items and trash.
