Vintage Vault Estate Sale

• A few steps are required to enter the home.
• First-come, First-served entrance into the sale using a physical number system. Numbers will be placed two hours before the sale. The sale will begin promptly at 9 a.m. If you are not here when your number is called, the next person will be welcomed. A limited number of people will be admitted at a time.
• All items are sold in their current condition, no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items thoroughly before purchase. There will be batteries, lightbulbs, etc, available to verify that ONLY items are in working condition before purchase and will not be sold with item.
• No returns: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
• All items are clearly marked with a price. No negotiating or discounts.
• NO holds, unless a non-refundable deposit is made.
• Payment will be accepted by cash, credit cards with a 3% fee, or Venmo.
• NO personal checks
• No items may be removed from the home until they have been paid for.
• Security monitoring is used both by cameras and humans.
• We hold the right to refuse service. Please use respectful behavior.
• You break it, you buy it.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Do not enter areas where doors are closed, marked, or gated off.
• NO public restrooms will be available.
• NO pets are allowed on the property.
• Enter the property at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
• We will not be held responsible for any damage to person or property during the sale or during the removal of items.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the safe and timely removal of your purchased items, especially furniture and large items.
• This is a private home; you will be required to remove your shoes or place booties on before entering. If booties are used, please kindly remove and place them at the entrance for another patron to use.
• The seller has the right to organize and lot items for sale as they see fit.
• Any announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over previously published information.
• Not for sale (NFS) items are marked or blocked off
