Directions
**NO Parking on Fox Street or Fox Run (Private Drive)!! **PARK along the fence up by the house on the diagonal or on the lawn in order for others to come and go. There is some parking down the gravel road by the workshop as well. Again, park on the diagonal in a row so plenty can park and allow for loading and exiting. Parking on the yard as you come into the driveway on both sides on the grass, not on the single lane driveway. **Please be considerate of other people and their vehicles when parking. The parking situation is a bit tricky but if everyone works together, it will be fine. Thank you in advance for your patience with each other and us. Be Kind. Dates

Due to the size of the farmhouse, limited amount of people will be let in. You may need wait so plan your time accordingly.
Very few things are priced due to the large amount of items. Make REASONABLE offers or ask and we'll work together. There is one entrance and exit where cashier person will check you out in the house and one in the workshop area. Please pay with separate transactions in each of these areas.
We appreciate your patience ahead of time with us and each other!
Bring help to load large and heavy items. The workers are unable to assist you with your carrying your items to your vehicles.
Not responsible for Accidents on the property.
All Sales are Final.
