Upon pulling onto the street to approach the sale, there will be NO PARKING on the right side of the road. You must go down to the school and turn around in their rear parking lot and either park on the opposite side of the street or the school parking lot. There will be NO PARKING in the horseshoe driveway. The driveway will be open for large item/bulk pickup.

This is a CASH ONLY sale, NO EXCEPTIONS! No PayPal, no cash app, no venmo, no apple pay, etc. This sale is set for Saturday, May 31st, 2025, and Sunday, June 1st, 2025 from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Saturday will be a full price day, and Sunday, depending upon how Saturday goes, will either be 50% OFF or 75% OFF. Our goal is to sell as much as we can in order to assist the family as much as we can. We ask that everyone is respectful, as there may be some family on the premises, and we must respect that many of these items hold some memories for them. WE NOR THE FAMILY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES, NO RETURNS, AS-IS SALE. We ask that if you are purchasing electronics or appliances, please check them 1st. The house itself will be setup with 1 way in and 1 way out. There will be someone outside collecting payments, as well as someone inside to assist. ALL sales are FINAL.

Due to the house being so small, 95% of the sale is going to be outside under party tents. There are many unique items available. Antiques, vintage, tools, (vintage craftsman tools), oversized snow blower, gardening items, dishes, furniture, vintage boardgames, puzzles, vintage toys, pyrex, vintage raised lettering/number street and parking lot signs, 70s/80s(?) Full size pickup truck camper shell. There are just so many great items available. We will be open to offers on some things. CASH ONLY SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will have multiple people on-site for your assistance. We ask that everyone please be respectful and do not cut through neighbors yards, and please be respectful of the home itself. There may be some family members that pop in, and some of the items still hold some memories. This home, if I remember correctly, has been in the family for 50-60 + years. The photos are just some of the available items, as we will be setting the tents up on Friday and preparing everything for the weekend. Saturday will be a full price day. Sunday, depending on the Saturday sale, will either be 50% off or 75% off. Some items will be excluded from the Sunday sale, but offers will be accepted. Our ultimate goal is to make as much money for the family, as well as to sell as much as we can.
