BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Any invoice over the amount of $2,000 will need to be paid with certified funds such as Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
STAGGARD/GROUP/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Monday, Mar 23rd. The closing time of a lot or group of lots will be automatically reset to 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 824 N Scott Avenue; Belton, Missouri by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Tuesday, March 24th from 1 pm to 5 pm and Wednesday, March 25th from 10 am to 5 pm by scheduled appointment only. Container Load out will be on Thursday, March 26th from 9 am to 5 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.

Can I see the equipment before bidding?
Yes. We encourage bidders to review photos and descriptions in the catalog. A preview day is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th, from 3 pm to 5 pm. You may inspect the equipment in person during the listed preview times.
Where can I see the current bid price?
Current bids are displayed directly on each lot in the auction catalog. You can check the price at any time and place a higher bid if you wish.
When does the auction end?
The auction will begin closing at 7:07 pm on Monday, March 23rd. Lots typically close in staggered intervals, and late bids may extend the closing time.
How do I know if I won an item?
Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email after the auction ends. You can also log into your account to view the items you have won.

Will you help load equipment?
Staff will assist with loading using a forklift during the scheduled pickup times, but buyers are responsible for bringing proper help, trailers, and tie-downs.
Is shipping available?
Shipping availability depends on the item. Smaller items and attachments may be eligible for shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Are the items tested or guaranteed?
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Please review photos, descriptions, and inspection opportunities before bidding.
What happens if I do not pick up my items?
Items not picked up during the scheduled load-out period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
