*BE KIND to our staff and to other shoppers during the sale. In the end, IT IS JUST STUFF and we promise you, there is always more stuff and there will always be another sale. It is not worth being rude to anyone if you didn't get your item.
*We have the right to remove anyone from the sale who is rude or doesn't follow instructions or protocol and we can also ban folks from our further sales or auctions.
*We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the sale home at one time.
*Bring your own boxes, bags, and help to load.

The Jim Blair estate sale is this week just outside of CAMDENTON. We are excited to do this as an on-site tag sale. This wonderful home is full of clean and quality items!
We will be posting previews of each room as we prep and stage. We will be open from 9am to 4pm June 26-28: THURS (full tagged prices) , FRIDAY (25% off) , and SATURDAY (50% off am and 75% off after noon) *car, golf cart, and some furniture items may not be discounted*. EVERYTHING MUST GO!
Exact address will be released the day before the sale at 5 pm on our Facebook page OR our website: www.nicklasestatesales.com.
Walk through, shop all of the items which will be tagged and priced, and take them home with you! NO EARLY ENTRY. PREVIEWS WILL BE POSTED HERE and ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE as well as our website.
*NOTE: If a family member removes something publicised from the sale before we open day 1, we will make a note in the comments below the photo. We accept cash, local checks with ID, and credit and debit cards (for an additional 3% processing fee).
