Twenty-Five Brick Street, Mary Lowes, the estate of Mary Lowes, and the family of Mary Lowes assume no responsibility or liability for your attendance at the estate sale at 2569 Fairlane Drive in Cape Girardeau. Park, shop, lift, carry, purchase and load at your own risk. House has stairs that lead to basement. Not wheelchair accessible. We will not be able to help lift so please bring muscle. It’s your responsibility to break down beds if you buy one. We’ll have a limited supply of boxes and bags so it would be helpful if you brought your own. Please do not park in the driveway. First day, full price, second day 25% off, third day 50% off. At noon on Saturday, make your best, reasonable offer. Sale ends at 1 on Saturday—-no exceptions. Cash or credit/debit cards only. A 3% fee will be added to all card transactions. No checks. Thank you!
