Open Door Estate Sales

Cash, credit/debit card, and check with appropriate ID and phone number will be accepted. Please be prepared to arrange help for large items to be loaded and picked up. We are not responsible for accidents. All items will be sold as is., no refunds or exchanges. Any items left after 30 days will be resold. No large bags or heavy coats please. Thank you.

We do our best to insure every item in pictures posted is there on first day of sale. In RARE circumstances, a client will remove an item. In that case we will do our absolute best to update pictures.

PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD BIG ITEMS.

All items must be picked up by 3:00 pm Saturday, unless special arrangement have been made.

In keeping with the regulations of the State of Missouri, the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape County and West Park Mall this sales tax disclaimer is applicable. Open Door Estate Sales will be collecting sales tax on Open Door Estate items. Other estate items in this sale are not regulated for sales tax. If you are a vendor and tax exempt please bring a Missouri form 149 if you are purchasing for resale, Thank You!

A 3% payment processing fee will be automatically added for purchases using a credit card. For manually entered transactions (phone sales), a 3.5% + 15 cents will be assessed. These are fees that Clover charges to use their service, which go directly to them. Thank you!
