We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Liquidating wall to wall of the Maureen Dunaway Living Estate. Ms Dunaway has downsized and selling what remains! Beautiful furniture, home decor and holiday items. Some art work including Andy Thomas Framed Prints, additional Carthage and Jasper art and memorabilia, piano, tools, $1 product table, 6 racks of women’s size 2- m - xl - to petite, many still have tags on them and range from a variety of brands including Talbots and Chico’s. Enormous amount of women’s shoes, ranging in all sizes, including several pairs of new UGG boots.

PLEASE NOTE: clothing is all one price per item then will gradually reduce over the course of the 2 days.

The house is 5000sf so items are more spread out for easy shopping.

Terms: THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION… all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. Friday is FIRM prices, Saturday is discount day ranging from 25-50% off. We accept cash, Venmo, local Joplin/Carthage metro area check, debit and credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee). All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no returns, all items as is.

Please do not line up before 6am as a courtesy to neighborhood.
