We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Downsizing Estate Tag Sale of Alyx La Rue, who has lived in the home for over 25 years and many unique items can be found! Three tables of old books, 100+ comics, vinyl records, books on tape, CD’s/DVD, vintage primitives, old crocks/stoneware, pewter/silverplate/copper, Christmas and Halloween Decor, a few tools, lawn and garden items, unique rocks, Uranium Glass, multiple light fixtures throughout the house including two-sizable chandeliers! Multiple pieces of antique furniture, as well as a French provincial dining set, along with an Antique lawyer bookcase and French Settee. Several bags of costume jewelry, unique smalls, fun glassware, Easter Rabbit Decor, household and kitchenware plus Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Washer and Dryer!

There is SO much stuff in this oddly laid out house, so there may be some limited entry into the home for the first hour or so. Our cash out area will be smaller than normal so please be patient when paying for your items. THURSDAY is full price, Friday is discounted!

Terms: THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION…. All items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. No pre-sale, no early bird shopping, no pricing questions please. We accept cash, local Joplin, Metro area checks, Venmo, debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee)

Please note… the home has been foreclosed upon, and we are operating on a VERY tight timeline. All items including appliances and light fixtures, must be removed by Sunday January 4. NO EXCEPTIONS. Light fixtures will be responsibility of buyer to take down!
