Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

This is an internet-only auction conducted by Metro Auction Company LLC.

* **Buyer's Premium:** A 15% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids (e.g., a $100 winning bid results in a $115 total charge at checkout).
* **Payment Terms:**
* Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cash, and local checks under $500.
* Full payment is required prior to retrieving any items.

* **Dynamic Bidding Closing:** Bidding closes using a dynamic extended-time format. If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes of a lot's scheduled end time, the bidding window automatically extends by an additional 3 minutes until all active bidding stops.
* **Item Retrieval & Removal:**
* Pickup is available directly at the location from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* Uncollected items past the scheduled removal period will be deemed abandoned without refund, unless prior arrangements are confirmed.
* Buyers assume full responsibility for disconnecting, dismantling, and loading their purchases. Please supply all necessary tools, moving equipment, and packing supplies.

* **Shipping Policy:**
* Shipping is available for **small items only**. Out-of-state or parcel delivery is handled exclusively via **FedEx**, with tracking notifications provided upon shipment.
* Rates include a $12 handling and packaging fee plus standard FedEx carrier rates based on size, weight, and declared value.
* Heavy, oversized, or fragile items are not eligible for standard shipping; buyers must coordinate third-party freight or specialized transport.

* **Item Condition & Warranties:** All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no express or implied guarantees regarding condition, functionality, or completeness.
* **Catalog Details & Bidding Responsibility:**
* Bids are placed on the written description rather than photos. Do not rely solely on images, as lots may show connected equipment or incorrect pictures.
* Bids are final and binding. Metro Auction Company cannot absorb costs or cancel bids due to buyer oversight, miscalculations, or errors regarding item suitability.

* **System Operations & Auctioneer Discretion:** Metro Auction Company reserves the right to pause, extend, or reset bidding in the event of technical malfunctions or platform outages. Metro Auction Company is not liable for technical issues or missed bids. The auctioneer maintains full authority to combine or split lots, set reserves, or adjust closing schedules as needed.
