TRUE ESTATE CLEANOUT — EVERYTHING GOES!

Same family home since approximately 1967/68, with nearly 60 years of accumulated household goods, tools, collectibles, new-old-stock merchandise, holiday décor, electronics, furniture and more.

This estate has not been professionally picked over or cherry-picked by an estate-sale company, auction house or group of dealers. The family has already spent hundreds of hours sorting and clearing the property, and there is still an enormous amount of merchandise.

DEALERS • RESELLERS • PICKERS • COLLECTORS • BULK BUYERS WELCOME

Most everyday merchandise will be priced by table or section rather than individually. Better and higher-value items will be individually priced.

Bundle deals and quantity discounts are strongly encouraged. Buying a lot? Make a pile and make a deal.

Highlights include tools and workshop equipment, Buffalo No. 6 bench vise, Buffalo scroll saw, power tools, ladders, yard and lawn equipment, boxed vintage G.I. Joe vehicles, boxed Big Mouth Billy Bass, vintage toys, art glass, retro décor, boxed cameras, CB/ham-radio-related equipment, flat-screen TVs, hundreds of CDs and DVDs, furniture, kitchenware, linens, small appliances, and a huge amount of Christmas décor, plus Easter and fall seasonal items.

There is also a substantial amount of new-in-box and new-old-stock merchandise accumulated over decades.

EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE. The goal is to clear the property so the house can be listed.

For safety and space reasons, the house and unfinished basement will not be open to general shopper traffic. Merchandise will be available in designated sale areas. Serious bulk buyers may inquire about additional inventory and may be shown other areas at the seller’s discretion.

Large-item pickup can be arranged.

Friday, October 9 • Saturday, October 10 • Sunday, October 11
