All sales are final - no returns or refunds. All items are strictly sold as is & where is, including all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and authenticity of an item. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

The seller/auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. The seller/auctioneer has the right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion and has the right to settle all bidding disputes.

The seller/auctioneer is not responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, failure of the Online Auction Platform, or otherwise (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of YOUR internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) for any other reason. The auctioneer may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced.

Bidder inspection of the photos provided is encouraged. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the item(s) to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the item(s).

This auction is a credit card only auction. All purchases must be paid for upon receipt of the invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoices. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards only - no cash, approved certified funds, wire transfers, or approved checks are accepted. All sales are subject to Missouri sales tax as stipulated by state law.

Ownership of all items are transferred once the auctioneer calls the item as sold. The seller/auctioneer holds no liability for any item after it has been called as sold and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time.

Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the seller/auctioneer is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If an auction staff member offers to assist in the loading process, the buyer agrees to hold the seller/auctioneer harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy. Any items not picked up on the date of pickup will be deemed abandoned. No alternate dates or times will be offered if the winning bidder does not show. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pick up is near Lee's Summit, MO. The full address will be provided to winning bidders at the time of invoice. Pickups are by appointment only - a link to register for a time slot will be provided to the winning bidders. Access to the house is very limited. If you cannot make the pickup date, do not bid.

Shipping is determined by the auction/lot. Only those lots identified as "shipping available" will be shipped. If a lot shows that no shipping is available, the seller/auctioneer will not ship those item(s). It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify that each item is available for shipping prior to bidding on an item. The winning bidder for any item(s) being shipped will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Shipping will be handled utilizing Shipping Saint. Shipping will be determined after invoices have been paid and the item(s) have been packaged, allowing the seller/auctioneer to accurately determine shipping fees. There will be an additional handling fee of $10.00 per box shipped. The seller/auctioneer will combine as many lots together into one box as reasonably possible. The seller/auctioneer will choose the cheapest shipping option available for each box that is to be shipped.
