Due to numerous interest and request, we do not discuss pricing before the sale. It is not our intention to pull anything listed in this ad, but sometimes family /realtor/homeowner changes their mind. Day of sale supersedes any written info regarding the sale. We will update the ad as quickly as we can if this happens.

We apologize, but cannot return every email, phone and text as we are busy setting the sale up.

All items sold as-is /where- is and all sales final.

We reserve the right to limit entry at opening when deemed necessary for safety purposes.

EVERYTHING must be removed by 3pm on Sunday or will be considered abandoned.
