This auction is dedicated to and held in loving memory of Jody Christopher Warne. Many of the mechanic’s tools and items available here belonged to Jody himself.

Jody tragically passed away in a motocross accident in September of 2022. He was a Motocross State Champion, a highly respected auto body technician, and one of the best in the Kansas City area. Over the years, Jody brought his skills and passion to Dale’s Auto Body, Olathe Ford, and many other shops, leaving a lasting impression wherever he worked.

Above all, Jody was known for his kindness, generosity, and authenticity. He was one of those rare people who could light up a room—and a garage—with his presence.

We sincerely hope that fellow body techs, mechanics, and friends will join us—not just to honor Jody through this auction, but also to gather, share stories, and celebrate the life of an incredible human being.

Jody, you are deeply missed by all who knew you.

• 1968 C10 orange long bed, road ready and worthy. New Goodrich motor 2000-2500 miles, 4 speed, new bucket seats and console all leather. New breaks and break lines, power steering, Odds and ends interior pieces will go with truck, 2nd owner of truck. A must see!!!!
• 2013 VW CC Sedan Manual 107,000 miles, leather and heated seats, clean inside and out
• 84’ Square body cab and chassis parts truck. Really good California Cab with very minimal rust, no title. 
• 1968 C10 Green 39,000 original miles, original factory tires, 99% original but will have all the pieces to make truck original, No tailgate, small block engine, manual “3 on the tree” transmission. Just needs rear-break work.  
• 84’ White Square body Chevy truck, 4-wheel Drive. From the frame down the truck is all new. New Springs, Gears and tires.  35’ Hercules tires, 2 Posi-track rear ends. Optional standard or automatic, includes a transfer case that has been inspected, has title.

Once you buy an item you are completely responsible for that Item. We do not Babysit any item for any reason. All items that are not picked up by 830 pm on auction day at our auction house will be stored. 

If the item or items are left beyond 48 hours, items will be re-sold or donated.

Animals are not allowed inside of our sales except service animals and no smoking allowed including E-cigs.

Auction terms

Auction BIDDER REGISTRATION:

All bidders must register and receive a bidder number for use at the auction as well as use a valid I.D. to register.

Bidders must use their bidder number on the bid sheet for their bid to be valid.

TERMS:

If BB Realty and Auctions are asked to ship any item or items purchaser must pay for the shipping and handling as well as any insurance. The minimum handling fee is 40$.

ALL PURCHASES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION (30 MINUTES AFTER THE LAST ITEM IS SOLD). CASH, AND CREDIT CARD. The sale price will have a Buyer’s Premium of 13 % that will be added to the final bid accepted by the Auctioneer for cash paid and a 16% premium for Credit cards. All heavy equipment and vehicles will be as follows. Winning bids 20,000 or less will be 9%. Items more than 20,000 and less than 60,000 will be 5%. All bids over 60,000 Will be 3%. all Vehicles and equipment  3,500 or less will be 13%

We accept CASH, Certified CHECKS, or a check with a bank letter of guarantee to BB Realty and auctions LLC to accompany any personal checks. this will need to be shown at the time of registration.

EVERYTHING IN THE AUCTION IS BEING SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, AS TO AGE YEAR OF MANUFACTURER, MAKE, MODEL, CONDITION ETC. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine age, value, quality, and quantity. 

NO EQUIPMENT IS TO BE REMOVED UNTIL A COMPLETE SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. SETTLEMENT MUST BE MADE ANY TIME DURING THE SALE. SETTLEMENT MUST BE MADE THAT SAME DAY!!!

Once an object has been legally transferred over to the winning bidder, BB Realty and Auctions LLC ceases holding any liability over the object. Any damages incurred due to its use or misuse is not BB Realty and auction responsibility

Most auction companies require that winning bidders pay all or part of the winning bid immediately after the auction. Failure to do so may result in financial penalties or the forfeiture of the item.

We take personal checks up to $50.00 only!!! Buyer must pay, 500$ for any “NSF” check returned. In a dispute over payment, we may recover, and the Buyer is liable for any expenses, costs, or attorney fees we incur in collecting payment.

SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS:

The highest Bidder “Acknowledged” by the auctioneer is the buyer. The auctioneer shall be the sole determinant of all winning bidders and shall hold the official record of all sale prices. The auctioneer’s declaration of the winning bidder will be recorded in-house and that record of the sale price shall take precedence over any and all electronic record or online readout or any incorrect notification regarding the winning Bidder ‘And or the final hammer price for any lot sold.
