We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO utilize a chair/placemarker system. We do not hand out numbers for entry. DO NOT set up any earlier than 6am either morning of the sale days. Make sure your name is on the chair/placemarker. One spot per person entering. We do not expect to have to limit any entry into the home. Bundle up! Cashier will be in the garage!

Due to her recent passing, we are liquidating wall to wall of home located in Roanoke Neighborhood, one of Joplin's oldest subdivisions! TONS OF TREASURES!

Liz loved to collect the finer quality items of life and it is evident in her collection of exquisite glassware, including Slag Glass/Carnival Glass/Depression/Crystal and Clear Glass/Fenton. She loved Christmas and her collection of Christmas items is very large! Many Linda Lindquist Baldwin figurines! Pictures do not do this sale justice. We have washed, cleaned and organized this sale to perfection and ready for you this winter weekend!
