We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Plus a nice selection of patio furniture, several tables full of dollar product, furniture, household, Christmas, linens, women’s clothing, glassware, brass, pewter, floral, kitchenware, some vintage items, some tools, and lots and lots of miscellaneous! Barbara loved to shop and collect ❤️

➡️ Estate Sale Terms: THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION… all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale. We accept cash, Venmo, local Joplin metro area check, debit and credit cards accepted with a 4% transaction fee. All sales are final, no returns, items are as is. All items are first come, first served, NO presales and no pricing questions will be answered. We are always fair on our prices so come knowing we are ready to sell!
