We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Liquidating the Estate of Mr. John Rains, known more affectionately as “Santa” in the Joplin Christmas Parades for years. John worked for Atlas Powder for 30 years and we will be liquidating wall to wall of his home and shop, as the home has been sold and heirs must settle the estate.

THINGS TO NOTE:

➡️ This is not an auction, all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. Prices are FIRM on Friday and Saturday is discounted by 25% off on furniture/big ticket items and 50% off on remainder of merchandise

➡️ All items are first come first served and there are no pre-sales. No pricing questions will be answered. We are always very fair with our prices and tend to sell out quickly!

➡️ Please bring help to load large items and furniture. All items must be picked up by Saturday 1pm.

➡️ Payment Methods: Cash, local check, VENMO (Free) and Debit/Credit Cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee by Square Terminal).

➡️ Please do not line up prior to 6am, so as to not disturb the neighbors. Lots of good street parking!
