We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Liquidating the Estate of the Late Joseph Lindquist. One may look thru these pictures and think “why would they take this sale?” If you knew Joe, you knew a fine man, and a loyal estate sale follower of our company for many years. We are proud to have called Joe a friend of our team and loved his tenacity to find a bargain. His passion was to “loot” the dollar tables with stuff he called “things I don’t need, but for a dollar, why not!” Not every home is a million dollar home and not every estate is a million dollar estate. But that didn’t stop us from tackling Joe’s home and getting it as set up as possible for a good ol’ fashioned estate sale.

💥 PAYMENT METHODS: we accept cash, local Joplin metro area checks, VENMO (Free) and Debit/Credit Cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee by square terminal)

💥 All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied. No refunds!

💥 Due to the heat, please pay attention to our closing times!

💥 We have priced the contents of the home at bargain prices. Please do not line up prior to 6am either day of the sale, so as to not disrupt the neighborhood.

💥 Plenty of parking on the side streets but be kind and courteous to ALL neighbors. Friday is TRASH day, so be mindful of that!

💥 THINGS go quick at our sales. We do not offer pre-sales or holds. All items are first come- first served to those who attend.
