Load Outs: Load out assistance by our moving staff is available for large items during most of our open hours, unless the price tag notes professional movers required.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. We encourage you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.

ESTATE AUCTION SALE // This sale features a rich mix of original artwork and stylish home furnishings. Highlights include pieces by Ernst Ulmer, Carol Drimalas, and Janet Kuemmerlein, alongside a blend of contemporary and traditional furniture and décor, featuring Maitland Smith, King Hickory, Kay Dee Contempo, and more. A perfect opportunity for collectors and design lovers to find unique, art-inspired pieces for any space. Item pickup will be in KCMO 64105 – 6/18 from 4-6pm.
BUYING PROCESS
Bidding opens Friday, June 13th and runs through Monday, June 16th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Monday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that items time.
PICKUP INFO
All items must be picked up on Wednesday, June 18th from 4-6pm.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
PAYMENT
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
