Load Outs: Load out assistance by our moving staff is available for large items during most of our open hours, unless the price tag notes professional movers required.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. We encourage you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.

ESTATE AUCTION SALE // This amazing collection of luxury furniture, high-end décor, lighting, and original art comes from multiple estates across the Kansas City area, including an incredible interior designer's personal collection. Notable brands include Theodore Alexander, Baker, and Henredon. Highlights include a Berhardt dining table, Haute House king bed, and custom upholstered sofa with coordinating draperies. Complementing the interior design offerings is a coveted selection of Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Gucci accessories—perfect for collectors and fashion enthusiasts alike.
BUYING PROCESS
Bidding opens Friday, July 11th and runs through Sunday, July 14th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Sunday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item's time.
PICKUP INFO
Item pickup is Wednesday, July 16th from 3–6pm in downtown Kansas City (64105).
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
PAYMENT
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
